SAIGON CO.OP's Story

Saigon Co.op (SGC), the largest Vietnamese retailer with more than 400 CoopMart supermarkets and convenient stores, had many problems with their eCommerce system. Customers must go to the supermarket to buy goods, though the prices and promotions in the supermarkets weren’t synchronized with other supermarkets due to the limits of the legacy ERP system.

CoffeeMug joined this project to help SGC build a completely new OMNI channel system and help them enter the eCommerce era. Besides being a Technical Partner, we also carried out Business Analysis and consulted SGC with all the DOs and DON’Ts.
